November the 12th 2011

Heya friends! Judging by the cold weather, it seems winter is finally here, so here's some tidbits to chew on while sipping a cup of hot tea or coffee... or chocolate...whatever makes you feel warm and fuzzy these days:

-  Regarding Rezistor: we have 10 - 11 songs in the works for our second album; at this point I can't get into more details, but I'll let you know they're heavier and faster than before :)

-  The new Rezistor website will be launched shortly (we still need some promo photos); expect a complete layout overhaul as well as extended content.

-  I have created an official Telurica Channel on Youtube. You will find there available for streaming 4 releases (the rest will be added soon). Please subscribe and spread the word! Thanks!

-  On a more personal note (but still related to music): I've decided to switch to Ibanez basses - for good :) In addition to my SRT905DX and SR605, I've just got a SR505! I'm planning on adding a SR1205E and a K5 to the family next year.

-  Let's move on to some recommendations: ElectroBlog Ro is a blog dedicated to the Romanian electronic music scene (but not only!). It's well documented and big plans are already in the making, so check it out and contact the owner if you have additional info on the subject!

-  Last week I went to a White Walls show, in a local club; how was it? Well, in one word: aweeesome! Thus, highly recommended: White Walls - "Mad Man Circus". If you like the album, support the guys and get a cd copy - I did.

-  Btw... Lou Reed & Metallica's "Lulu"...like seriously...W - T - F ?!? While Megadeth's "Th1rt3en" went straight to position 11 in Billboard's chart! What goes around, comes around, ha ha! Go, Megadave :)
